Rend-Ability Limited will:-

• ensure that persons not directly employed are not exposed to risks which may arise from its activities;
• provide and maintain equipment and systems of work which are, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and not exposing people to health;
• provide resources, as may be necessary, to enable its employees / partners to meet their Health and Safety responsibilities;
• provide such information, relevant training and supervision as is necessary to achieve these aims.
The commitment of others working with Rend-Ability Limited is necessary in order to implement this policy. Please ensure that you:-
• follow the instructions in safety notices displayed on your site / workplace, plant, machinery;
• comply with codes of practice that apply to your work, site / workplace, plant, machinery;
• take reasonable care of themselves and of persons who may be affected by their acts;
Where disregard of safe working practices puts at risk that person or any other person, this will be considered as gross misconduct and appropriate action will be taken.
