Current Projects

Detailed below are our most recent project(s). The aim of this section is to show how our work transforms buildings, not only on the outside, where only the finish coat is seen, but also how through External Wall Insulation the thermal efficiency of buildings can be improved, reducing both carbon footprints and the all important heating bills.

Some pictures may show the buildings at their worst but as work progresses you will see the transformation and improvement.

REND-Ability Limited have been chosen by Kennet Construction to carry out removal of existing tile panel cladding, insulating void and refit of new Mahogany PVC cladding at Hawkeridge Park near Westbury Wilts.

Feedback from both the residents and Kennet Construction Ltd has been extremely positive about the speed and quality of workmanship of the REND-Ability team.

REND-Ability Limited has been chosen by H.P. Brickwork to work with them on their project to completely refurbish the Aberaman Boxing Club Gym in Aberdare.

The gym refurbishment continues as the external wall surfaces receive the insulation boards which will greatly enhance the thermal heat retaining qualities of the building.

H.P. Brickwork and Ken Bateman (Architect) said it was a straighforward choice, "We have used REND-Ability Limited for previous projects and their quality and reliability is unsurpassed. REND-Ability Limited are an ideal partner for such a refurbishment project."

This old run down building will be completely refurbished inside and out. Wetherby Insulation panels will be fixed to the external walls, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the building. A Render System will be applied over the panels and an acrylic top coat will be used as the finish coat.

With the insulated panels completed on this elevation the first coat of render has been applied which incorporates the reinforcing mesh.

Using Alumasc Render Systems REND-Ability Limited will transform the external walls of this executive holiday retreat near Builth Wells in Powys. Currently there a issues with moisture ingress and areas of failed render. These will all be remedied and the finish will be exceptional.
